1. OUT OF BOUNDS
A ball shall be out of bounds when:
a) Outside the boundary post and wooden barrier left of the 1st tee.
b) When a ball comes to rest to the right of any white marker posts from the practise area to the right of the first tee, along the coastal path up to and including the marker post on the 7th tee box.
c) Over the wire fence on the 8th and 13th holes.
d) Beyond the roped fence/wire at the 1st, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th holes.
e) The white marker posts running down the right side of the first fairway denotes out of bounds.
2. GROUND UNDER REPAIR
Casual water and certain damage to the course. Horse hoof marks, horse manure, tractor or other vehicle tyre marks (relief throughout the course includes bunkers, but excludes water hazards/lateral water hazards).
Relief must be taken.
3. INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE COURSE
All roads, path and tracks with the exception of man-made red/grey ash or gravel paths, also paths adjacent to the 8th fairway. All bridges are now part of the hazard as defined by yellow stakes.
4. BUNKERS
Stones in bunkers are movable under Rule 24-2.
5. WATER HAZARDS/LATERAL WATER HAZARDS (Rule 26)
Ditches listed below are lateral water hazards. Those unlisted are deemed water hazards. Right side of the 10th fairway (the same ditch is a water
hazard when playing the 12th and 13th holes). Those to the right of the 13th fairway. Down the right of the 14th fairway up and beyond the 15th tee. Down the left side of the 14th fairway (near green) and the same ditches (2 off) are also lateral water hazards when playing from the 11th tee. Right side of the 16th fairway. Right side of the approach to the 18th fairway where an open ditch remains.
